Gina Hemenway

Executive Director, Community Health for Mercy Health

Gina Hemenway is the Executive Director of Community Health for Mercy Health in the Cincinnati Market. She leads an interdisciplinary team focused on the underlying factors impacting health and well-being in communities served by Mercy Health.

Gina has over 15 years’ experience navigating complex systems and harnessing the power of healthcare to create healthier communities and more equitable outcomes. Prior to Mercy Health, she helped lead several strategic initiatives at The Health Collaborative in Cincinnati, OH and Harvard-affiliated Joslin Diabetes Center in Boston, MA.

Gina received her undergraduate degree in business administration from Wittenberg University and a graduate degree in public policy and administration from Northwestern University. She serves on several community boards and advisory committees including Talbert House, Produce Perks Midwest, Housing Our Future and Cradle Cincinnati.
