Ross Bushman

President, Blue Alliance IT

Ross is currently the President of Blue Alliance IT. Blue Alliance is a growth platform to help MSP’s around the country grow and operate competitively. Headquartered in Montgomery, Ohio, the Blue Alliance family of companies employs over 400 people today.

Prior to joining Blue Alliance, Ross was an active Angel Investor with the Queen City Angels. Most of his career was spent as the CEO of a large capital goods manufacturing company for 20+ years. Cast-Fab Technologies manufactured large Ductile and Gray Iron Castings, Plate Metal and Sheet Metal Fabrications- all components up to 80,000 pounds. Experience in several Mergers and Acquisitions during his time at Cast-Fab until selling the business a few years ago.

Ross holds a Productions and operations Management degree from Miami University and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati. He is a member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO) and is active in two business forums today. He serves as a Director for Guardian Medical- a QCA invested company.
